This photo is from Langkawi island. Heather McMeekin and myself made friends with Ellen Hanssen and Martin Angvall, two Swedish people on holiday in Asia.
Above is a Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur. Inside the center chamber there were men wrapped in sheets singing loudly and presenting fruits and foods to statues of various gods.
This is a wide view of the Tanjung Rhu beach on Langkawi.
In the center of the photo is Turtle Island (appropriately named for its appearance)
A snapshot from the mouth of the cave of legends. What legends, you ask?
LEGENDARY legends.
A panorama from the top of the Langkawi cable car.
In the distance, one can see the coast of Thailand. I am limiting the amount of photo's or explanation for this blog post, because I worked hard on the video compilation that is located at the top of this post as a red-colored hyperlink. Watch it please, sorry it's so long :)
